doughocracy Pizza + Brews is slated to open in late October at 407 S. Third St. in Geneva. Owned by Chicago Franchise Systems, which is the parent company of Al’s Italian Beef and Nancy’s Pizza, the business announced the opening of the Geneva location Tuesday, according to a Doughocracy Pizza + Brews press release.
